- Transportation assistance may be available to allow clients to access services, community resources, and visitation as necessary
- Services are provided in the home, in the community, or at an FCS office (three office locations include Bluffon, Decatur, and Marion)
- Services are provided for clients in Adams, Wells, Jay, Blackford, Grant, and Huntington counties
- Our staff engages in continuous education and brings their own experiences to the work that they do in order to best serve clients and families
- Our team includes Community Peer Support Professionals (CPSP) and licensed clinicians
