FCS Programs

Systems of care (SOC)

A program designed to facilitate meaningful partnerships among community-based systems in order to better serve children and their
families.

Details

Indiana’s System of Care is achieved when youth, families, child serving agencies and other community supports band together around a shared vision of accountability and wellness to promote positive mental and physical health for every child, youth, young adult and their families. In Wells County, FCS coordinates our SOC that meets monthly as the Wells Resources Available for People and Providers (WRAPP). The group is expanding coordination of services so that together we continue to serve the community by identifying gaps and creating family driven solutions through collaboration.
