CAR SEAT CONNECTION

An education and car seat distribution program. Available only to Wells County residents.

C.A.R.E.

Provides a recovery support specialist to connect individuals with mental health and substance abuse resources in the community.

D.E.T.O.U.R.S.

An educational class that teaches youth the importance of making responsible decisions.

Families in Transition

An educational course for divorcing parents designed to minimize the impact on their children.

Family Restoration

Home-based counseling and supervised visitation for families who have experienced or are at high risk for child abuse and/or neglect.

Healthy Families

Home-based services for young families to promote supportive environments that optimize child growth and development and encourage resilient, healthy families.

Mentor Mom

A program that matches young mothers with mentors to provide support, education, and friendship, while striving to encourage positive parenting and life skills.

Parent Café

Monthly group meetings that provide meaningful, reflective conversations that promote parent leadership and collaboration.

S.I.G.N.A.L.S.

An educational class that teaches youth about the dangers of substance abuse.

Systems of Care

A program designed to facilitate meaningful partnerships among community-based systems in order to better serve children and their
families.

Teen Court

A diversion program that holds juveniles accountable for their actions by providing a traditional court hearing with trained youth volunteers.

The Closet

A store that provides free clothing, diapers, and necessities for newborns to size 6.

Truancy Termination

Provides effective services that increase youth involvement in school and improve grades.

Youth As Resources

A program that inspires lifelong habits of philanthropy in youth by providing opportunities to write and fund grants for youth-led service projects.
